Warranty Information

Our Policy and Warranty Promise to You:
  • Returns are accepted for 14 days after date of purchase. We will pay for return shipping.
  • Warranty of the computer is based upon the manufacturer’s warranty, however, the computer comes with a 1 year warranty against defect.
  • If you experience any hardware issues or defects within the year of purchase, contact us for problem resolution. We will help with all RMA processes, and install new hardware at no charge to you.
  • We are not responsible for data lost incase of hard drive failure, nor are we responsible for support regarding any Operating System or Software provided.
  • By default, the system is tested with the newest operating system from Microsoft to ensure functionality, then removed and sent without an Operating System. However, you can choose to buy a license, which in that case, it will come with the Operating System you select.
*Warranty does not include damage done by physical misuse, “overclocking” or adjusting voltage or frequency of the processor. ** Warranty starts at the date of manufacture
